They are all pretty and healthy but one. It’s body is huge and has tiny wings…like on a bugs life when the big caterpillar with the accent gets tiny wings and is so excited.
I get a little overexcited here. It’s our first time holding them!
And yes I know this is really creepy looking, and I don’t remember what movie has this cover, but I couldnt think of another opportunity I would have a live butterfly chillin on my finger.

Josh and I leave work, decide to go to Cafe Rio and a movie.
My debit card gets rejected, says the card number is invalid.
day before, I called Wells Fargo to tell them that I had JUST RECEIVED my new credit card, but i have misplaced it somewhere in my house. Yeah….they cancelled by DEBIT CARD. Apparently they dont know the difference between credit and debit. I have BILLS that go through automatically and its not easy to contact all of the companies to change the #’s.
I spend 15 minutes on the phone with WF while i angrily eat my Pork Salad (with shredded lettuce, chips and dressing only) and notice across the parking lot is a Wells Fargo branch! Walked over there….
They are sorry for the mixup but are unable to bring back a card number once its been cancelled.
My purse was stolen about 2 months ago….2 weeks before the wedding. had to get the new card, go physically to the Sprint store and yada yada yada…
I told them if they cant then THEY need to call up Sprint, Digis..etc to change my card number, cuz I have other things to do!
But they wont do that either.
I was so mad about it because I am so stressed about other things….like THANK YOU NOTES.
Its all that’s been on my mind lately…people that gave gifts are probably wondering if I received the gift in the first place.

Wells Fargo writes my new debit card number on a sticky note, tells me to go to the sprint store to take care of it. Nope. Sprint store needs the CVV number on the back too. Dan Merrill works at sprint and Says hi by the way Jana!
So Josh and I decide to forget about all the drama and go to see 21 at the movies.
We are sitting in the theater, and 10 minutes into the movie, it starts sounding like the projector is running out of batteries…their voices were like slow and low pitch…then the screen cuts out.
I WASN’T EVEN SURPRISED.
I just had to laugh. Josh did too. Its all my luck. I owed the whole audience an apology. but i was stubborn and didn’t.
A movie theater worker comes in and says “i have rain checks because this will take a while to fix”
85% of the theater peaced out. and to my surprise, the movie came back on probably 3 minutes after everyone left. we got to go to the seats with the bar in front to put your legs up.
movie was ok. not a “feel good” kinda movie.
But the rest of the night was good.
Its only because everything else in my life was going perfectly…so its all ok.
Thanks Jana for making my blog cute!! Josh and I just got done watching conference. he is trying to watch the march madness championship game online (since we dont have TV) and its breaking up…he’s wiggin out a little bit. I think we might head over to a sports bar to watch it there.
I’m currently the evening supervisor, and escalations specialist at my company. Josh and I still work together but married couples arent supposed to work together right? We’re working on that.
Growing up as a tom boy it is weird for me to say that i am quite a girly girl. I just made myself a couple butterfly clips and a headband with a huge butterfly on the side. I got the idea when i was walking through Nordstrom in the accessories and saw it…but it was $50 dollars.
I found a butterfly at Roberts for $1.99 and a black headband at Target for $5.99. Just superglued it on there. Now Im having plans to have floral decorations in my house with butterflies on them, and picure frames with butterflies on a corner. I just think its so cute.
So my first real post, is sad, i know. I hope I get more interesting.
